With the founding of the sole proprietorship by Karin and Gerhard Engeser, the foundation stone for cable assembly history was laid in Rottweil, as this is where the first single stranded wires were manufactured and sold.

START WITH THE PRODUCTION AND SALE OF WIRE END FERRULES
With the development of the new wholesale/distribution market, ENGESER enters new territory, but is able to assert itself against long-established world market leaders.

In the field of quality management, ENGESER meets all the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, which achieves global trust in the quality and performance of our products.
The high-bay warehouse in Waldmössingen is built.
START WITH FIRST FOREIGN PRODUCTION IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC AS PART OF A JOINT VENTURE

SCHRAMBERG LOCATION – WE CONTINUE TO GROW

OFFICIAL OPENING AND OCCUPATION OF THE NEW ROMANIAN PRODUCTION PLANT IN LIPOVA
Eastern Europe is becoming a hub on the world market for suppliers. ENGESER is fit for the future with the new plant in Romania. After a construction period of seven months, we can start the production of cable harnesses on an area of 2,300 square metres and with 150 employees in the future.
HEADQUARTERS IN SCHRAMBERG UNDER THE NAME ZENTRALWERK MOVED INTO
Completion and move into the new company headquarters in Schramberg-Waldmössingen. Administration, production and warehouses are now pooled under one roof, covering a total area of 6,500 square metres. Production areas from different buildings were merged, thereby optimising the process chains.
ESTABLISHMENT OF ENGESER USA CORP.
The new location in the USA with an area of 1,150 square meters is located near Charleston in the state of South Carolina. The reason for the investment is the high demand for cable assembly products from European customers with foreign plants in the USA. By producing on site, we can offer our partners the added value of reduced logistics costs and greater delivery flexibility.
